Feuling Race Series Cam And Lifter Kits For Harley
Feuling® camshaft kits include Reaper camshaft, Race Series® lifters, and a cam installation kit that includes cam bearing, cam/crank hardware and a gasket/O-ring kit that allows for install of the factory one piece pushrods and or our optional and recommended heavy duty one piece pushrods. Race Series® hydraulic lifters have a full .200 of total travel designed with a slower bleed down rate to handle heavy valve spring pressures, increase engine RPM before valve float and feature increased roller clearance for steep ramped camshafts and clearance for the Milwaukee Eight front exhaust camshaft lobe flange.

465 Cam is an accelerator, producing solid bottom end performance with substantial gains above 2,800 RPM when compared to stock. This direct bolt in replacement for Milwaukee Eight engines can be used with stock valve springs, pushrods, lifters and exhaust. Will respond well with slip-on mufflers and or performance exhaust system and air cleaner. Use of performance valve-springs is not required but may result in a quieter, smoother running valve-train. Cam will also respond well with increased bore and or compression. RPM range 1,850-5,950

508 Cam is the Grim Reaper. Aggressive pulling power with a nasty sound. This camshaft revs up faster than the 521 grind, sounds nastier and pulls harder but is more difficult to tune. This cam will shine in 114 and larger cubic inch engines with added compression ratio. Ported cylinder heads are not required but will complement the cam and add even more pulling power throughout the range. The stock throttle body produces an excellent powerband and use of a high flow throttle body will increase peak power numbers. A high flow exhaust system and air cleaner is highly recommended for optimal performance. Feuling® recommends matching this cam with our Race Series® oiling system. RPM range 2,250-5,900

592 Cam also known as the big nasty. Put your big boy pants on get serious with bore size, ported cylinder heads and throttle body. Aggressive camshaft requiring high lift and higher load valve springs, performance pushrods and lifters. High flow air cleaner and triple stepped exhaust pipe highly recommended. Feuling® recommends matching this cam with our Race Series® oiling system. RPM range 2,750 – 6,350
Note: Feuling® fastener kit is also highly recommended to help prevent cylinder head cracking, this kit replaces the rocker shaft bolts with studs and nuts to help reduce the stress on the rocker shaft standoffs. Feuling® also recommends running one piece pushrods over quick install adjustable pushrods to maintain maximum cam lift and reduce valve train harmonics.
